A farewell to
my fellow traveler
to that unknown place
where light and darkness
are engaged in mortal
battle in their quest
for immortality…
That timeless space
that surrounds this place
where each and every birth
is a live offering on the altar
of demise and each and
every death a burnt
offering on the
altar of life…
An endless strife
between sight-searing
fire and the serene
realm of darkness.
